Why it’s important: The latest update is part of Apple’s big push into artificial intelligence. The tech giant is expected to launch its macOS 15.3 in the coming weeks.

However, Cupertino also faces some headwinds. Although Apple continues to promote artificial intelligence features, the iPhone 16 cycle showed signs of struggle, with market share falling to 66%.
