Christina Harker’s divorce case goes to trial as estranged husband refuses to mediate

Christina Haack’s bitter divorce battle with estranged husband Josh Hall is heading to the courts.

Huck and Hall are “not close” to resolving their divorce.

“I heard we were going to trial,” the HGTV star said during a Jan. 12 appearance on Sirius XM’s “Jeff Lewis Live.” “He doesn’t want to go into mediation. It’s going to be fun, can’t wait.”

Harker noted that she was not “ordered” to pay Hall’s attorney fees, “but he has been asking for it.” “I’ve had to give something,” she admits. The reality star claims she has been supporting Hall financially.

“I gave him living expenses and he bought a Bentley, but he also had no job,” she pointed out. “But he drives a Bentley, so I’m sure he attracts a lot of women.”

Huck’s representative declined to comment when contacted by Fox News Digital.

While talking to Louise, Harker also noted that she and Hall “don’t get along, don’t get along at all. Have you seen how I follow him socially? No. Anyway, yeah, we don’t get along.”

Huck took to Instagram on Tuesday to accuse Hall of “narcissism” in a scathing post, after a rep for the real estate agent released a statement saying “it’s sad that Christina has to deal with her ex Joe Xu is conducting a low-key crackdown to promote her new show. She should focus on her career.” Get into a new relationship and stop talking about Josh, as the great Mariah Carey once sang, “Why are you so obsessed with me?

The statement was made regarding Huck’s appearance on “Jeff Lewis Live.”

“I just threw up in my mouth,” Huck wrote on her Instagram Story. “Even for you, quoting a Mariah Carey song is a new low. Trust me, I know a lot about Josh’s life. I do care about his BTS strategy, though. Narcissism at its best.

Despite the growing legal spat, both sides are trying to move on.

Hall appeared to confirm their relationship when he posted a birthday greeting to model Stephanie Gabrys on his Instagram.

“Happy birthday to this real life person [angel emoji],” he captioned a photo of Gabris sitting on his lap.

According to People magazine, Huck also left the company along with Network Connex CEO and President Christopher Larocca.

Harker, meanwhile, is asking the court to end their ability to receive spousal support.

“I prefer privacy, especially when something as life-changing as a divorce that I didn’t ask for happens,” Hall wrote on Instagram after news of the divorce broke. “I will not speak ill of anyone publicly because People have family, friends, and other people who respect and love them. Unfortunately, the Internet is forever.”

Despite Hall’s pleas for no drama, the ongoing divorce battle remains intense.

Haqq previously slammed Hall’s alleged request for $65,000 a month in spousal support while the two were hashing out the details of their split. Lawyers for the HGTV star claimed in an Oct. 10 legal filing obtained by Fox News Digital that the request was “outrageous” because Hall was “self-starting.”

“The claim is made by [Josh] That he sent a good-faith settlement offer is not an accurate description of the communication. Applicant Josh Hall requested $65,000 per month in spousal support [Christina] “It was hardly virtuous to maintain a marriage of two years and nine months while he was able to support himself,” the document reads.[Josh] Just paid $70,000 to pay off the lease [his] Bentley owns separate property so he does not need spousal support [Christina]”.

However, Hall slammed the claim in a statement shared on social media: “So now @dearmeylaw is filing a legal statement with lies and assumptions… For a person who is a licensed attorney and sworn to be honest, this is An interesting strategy,” he wrote on Instagram Stories at the time. “To be sure, it is unethical to make a statement to a judge that is provably false.”

Money issues appear to be a recurring point of conflict for the former couple. Harker previously accused Hall of transferring $35,000 from her bank account to his personal account just one day after filing for divorce.

“The day after I told him we were getting divorced, I would not have asked him to send me money,” Huck said in court documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

Huck was married twice before meeting Hall, and secretly tied the knot in 2021. They have two children, daughter Taylor and son Brayden.

Before marrying Hall in 2021, Huck divorced her second husband, Ant Anstead. Haack and Anstead married in 2018 and have a son.
