Coors Light is interested in misspelling ad campaigns: “What is a quote?”

Molson Coors Beverage Co. launched full-page print and digital signage across North America on Monday as part of a new campaign for next month’s Super Bowl.
There’s just one problem.

There is a spelling mistake in the slogan “Shan Leng Refreshments”. It says “Shanleng Supply”.
Coors-Wright acknowledged the error in a statement, which began with the words: “We were faced with the situation on Monday.”

“Coors Light would like to thank everyone for making us aware of these errors,” the statement continued. “Monday, am I right?”
The misspelled ad appeared in print publications such as The New York Times and on a giant digital billboard in New York’s Times Square.

The post also appeared on Coors Light’s official Instagram page, prompting a series of hilarious comments.
“What is a reference?” one person wrote.

Coors Wright later admitted the mistake in a follow-up post.
