‘The Sopranos’ star says she wants to ‘go after’ 76ers’ Joel Embiid after he elbowed Knicks guard in playoff game

Actress Edie Falco, who plays Tony Soprano’s wife on HBO’s critically acclaimed series “The Sopranos,” revealed in an interview with New York Knicks stars Jalen Brunson and Josh Hart that she There was a lot of dissatisfaction with Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid during the playoffs.

Falco said she planned to follow Embiid after he elbowed Brunson in the first round of last season’s playoffs.
“Joel Embiid, he’s mean,” Falco said on the latest episode of “The Roommate Show.” “In a game last year, he was like elbowing you, and I was going to go after him. I mean, that was so bad. And then I think since then I’ve seen you guys play, and you guys have each other. All get along very well.

Brunson said he’s known Embiid since he came into the league and made it clear that Embiid’s elbow-throwing behavior wasn’t cool, but any ill will between them has faded in the heat of the moment .
Regardless, the Knicks had the last laugh, defeating the 76ers in the first round before eventually losing to the Indiana Pacers in the playoffs.
